Meet Rachel

I’m a 38-year-old mom of 2 who combines my degrees in Kinesiology & Occupational Therapy (physical rehab) with training in Pilates & experience in physique training to create easy to follow routines that increase lean muscle, improve cardiovascular health, promote fat loss, & are fun!


On YouTube, you can find a variety of 28 Day Pilates and Fitness challenges and new weekly workout plans.

The app includes every thing on YouTube plus new monthly challenges, community support, and more support for body recomposition beyond the workouts.
